You can only truly make an informed decision as to whether Kinterak is for you by experiencing Kinterak for yourself and starting to consider what stories you want to tell and messages you want to leave behind.
Only once you’ve you have begun planning your stories & heartfelt messages can you truly decide if Kinterak is valuable to you and your loved ones.
If you decide that during or beyond the 28 days that Kinterak is valuable to you and your loved ones (as we think you will), then you’ll keep it.
If you decide that it’s not for you, then there are no hard feelings. You’ll have given story telling & leaving heartfelt message a go and determined that it’s not right for you.
In the same way that you don’t commit to buying a house without looking inside first, we simply ask that you try our product at no risk to you.
Know this, whether it's 28 minutes or 28 days from now - if you are not happy then we are not happy. You can simply cancel your 28-day trial within “Order Details”.

How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

We are so confident that you’ll love the interactive personal stories and messages you’ve created for your loved ones. that if you are not happy with what has been recorded, we will refund your money back to you.
For us to fulfil this promise you must have submitted your stories & personal touches to us on the Kinterak platform , you must be prepared and on time for your filming day, and have created a workable environment (Full Details in our Terms and Conditions) to record you for the videographer to achieve the best results.
After your filming day, if there are any problems, let us know immediately and you must allow us the opportunity to fix any issues you have with your videos.
If you have done all this and still want a refund within the 30-day period after filming, there are no hard feelings, we want to ensure you’ve had a great experience.
To get a refund all you have to do is email us at contact@kinterak.com with your order number and request a refund and we’ll start process your refund within 5 working days.
Guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase including if bought as a gift.
Starting a refund will remove access to your profile and videos, which will be deleted within 90 days of the refund being processed.
